Landowners looking for a development partner
Given that our major skill is in creating value there will invariably be opportunities whereby it makes sense for owners of suitable sites to work with us in joint ventures that allow them over time to extract a higher return from their asset. An example of this is the current partnership with University of Essex which was created to share risk and development returns rather than the proceeds of the sale of bare un- serviced land.

Occupiers seeking new accommodation
We offer a bespoke service for occupiers to deliver a purpose built, tailor made property to meet their requirements. This can encompass finding a suitable site in the first instance and then delivering a property solution or working within existing estate constraints. This is particularly effective for parties who have no in house property expertise but are a well capitalised business with an occupational requirement and /or existing land.

We will happily take charge of the whole process, allowing our partner to concentrate on what they do best (their own core business) whilst benefiting from our property experience, expertise and knowledge.

Prospective entrepreneurs/ new developers
The biggest problem normally facing the novice developer/investor looking to do their first deal is money! We recognise that there are many capable people out there able to identify good opportunities but unable to realise them. This is usually due to the lack of finance available to people without any track record. This is particularly severe in the current climate.

We are happy to work as a financial and asset management partner with an introducing party in a way which allows them to remain involved in the project in an appropriate management capacity for a share of the upside commensurate with the risk and the value of their continued input. This is carried out on a project by project basis with no impediment on either party from carrying on other non conflicting business.

Financial Partners
We have a strong track record in working with financial partners and wish to maintain these types of association going forward. Typically these will be investors who seek direct property exposure but lack the expertise and/or management resource to get involved in the types of transaction in which we excel.
