The 12.25 acre site at Swavesey was formerly designated as an industrial site.

The development was refocused as a Business/Office Park and 10 buildings totalling 80,000 ft² were speculatively developed in three phases. All the built accommodation was let.

This was sold to Dunedin Property Fund in August 2005.
