Jonathan has significant property finance experience having spent 9 years at Anglo Irish Bank and then moving on to become Managing Director of ING Real Estate Finance (UK), helping establish their office in the UK. More latterly he was a Director at Mitre Capital Partners , a joint venture established between Alliance & Leicester & NM Rothschild prior to the acquisition of Alliance & Leicester by Santander. Prior to joining Carisbrooke, Jonathan has been involved in structuring and managing a wide variety of senior debt and mezzanine/profit share facilities in the Investment and Development sectors both in the UK and overseas.
