Prior to joining Carisbrooke, Gary was a partner in a small property consultancy partnership, Claymore Group LLP. He was previously a director at Chancerygate where he was involved in the acquisition of circa £150 million of investment properties and the £450million Chancerygate Business Centre development programme. He was instrumental in arranging part sale of the development business to an institutional shareholder and was subsequently appointed Managing Director of the business, responsible for funding, business strategy and shareholder liaison. Before Chancerygate, Gary had spells as a property lender at National Australia Group and KBC Bank NV having previously trained as a Surveyor at Currie and Brown. He has been a chartered surveyor since 1992 and has in excess of 20 years property experience.
