Barry’s property experience began whilst working in the Sales and Acquisitions team at the UK’s largest listed residential landlord, Grainger plc. He subsequently moved to Clarke Hillyer extending his knowledge of commercial property and gaining experience across a number of disciplines including valuation, landlord and tenant, property management and agency. Simultaneously, Barry had embarked upon a postgraduate course in Estate Management at London Southbank University culminating in election as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2009 before joining Carisbrooke some 6 month later to manage part of the Carisbrooke investment portfolio.
