Prior to joining Carisbrooke, Andrew worked for property consultants CB Richard Ellis and Bidwells where he provided development and transaction advice to a range of public and private sector clients.

His projects have included residential sites with potential for approximately 5,000 units, a 70 acre residential /mixed use scheme in Cambridge, the disposal of various corporate headquarter sites for alternative uses and several commercial and retail developments.

Andrew has been a chartered surveyor since 2004 and has approximately 10 years experience in the property industry.
